Her dance studies continued throughout her life and she still dances with local dance theaters. As a choreographer, she works with a local school doing the choreography for a Performing Arts program with children. Her many experiences include managing a large health club, teaching aerobic classes as well as training on traditional equipment. Pilates made such a positive impact on her life she decided to become certified. Her focus is to help people improve their fitness level while improving the quality of their life.
